On Payment of your amount due, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Booking Information
    • Your booking will be confirmed and secured on full payment of hire.
    • A receipt for your payment will automatically be generated and emailed to you at the time of the booking.
    • A refundable £75 security deposit will be automatically added to the total cost of your hire. This deposit will cover minor accidental damages/losses and will be reimbursed upon inspection at the end of your hire period, and within 14 days of said completion.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • Notice of cancellation of booking must be given in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt.
    • Cancellation will be confirmed and refund (if applicable) made to the same card account the booking payment was made from.
    • Cancellation 8 weeks or more before commencement of hire: full refund minus £25 admin fee.
    • Cancellation 6-8 weeks before commencement of hire: 75% refund minus £25 admin fee.
    • Cancellation 3-6 weeks before commencement of hire: 50% refund minus £25 admin fee.
    • Cancellation below 3 weeks before commencement of booking: No Refund.
  3. Keys
    • If any keys are lost or not left at the van, a charge of £15 per key and £15 per fob will be due.
    • If the key safe box is not left at the van or if a holidaymaker has changed the code the full £75 deposit will be retained.
  4. Conditions of Hire (Including Haven’s Park Rules)
    • The lead booker/hirer of the caravan must be at least 25 Years of age and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan.
    • The caravan is only available to families and couples. Haven do not allow all female/male parties.
    • Only those named at the time of booking are permitted to stay in the caravan. It sleeps up to six people (1 x double bed, 1 x Twin single bedroom, 1 x double sofa bed contained in the settee in Lounge). No over Occupancy. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately.
    • Any person who unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons in the park will be asked to leave.
    • If any guests are asked to leave for the above reasons no monies will be returned.
    • The premises is to be left clean and tidy condition.
    • Any losses, breakages or damage done to the caravan or its contents is the responsibility of the main hirer.
    • Haven or the Owner of the caravan cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles during your stay.
    • The owner cannot be held responsible for any injuries or illness to the hirer or party during their stay.
    • No Smoking/Vaping is permitted in the caravan, however smoking is allowed on the decking, ashtray is provided.
    • No Pets allowed in the caravan.
    • All guests will vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure to enable enough time for the caravan to be prepared for the next guests
    • The owner cannot be held responsible for any changes to the advertised entertainment on the complex
    • You are required to have a valid TV license at your home address.

  5. Privacy Policy
    I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information you provide lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Your personal details will remain private and confidential. I will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any company or individual. All data collected is for my use only. The personal information I will hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. I will only contact you to answer your questions, to send booking confirmation or on matter specific to your booking. I can guarantee that once you have paid your deposit, I will not change the price of your holiday unless you make a change to your booking.

    You can also contact Haven reception who will help you on my behalf, however if they are called to assist with an issue which is due to written instructions not being followed (e.g. Heating system) there will be a call out charge payable to Haven which will be deducted from your deposit.
